On 10th December, Zili Strapping's sales team arrived at Phuket, Thailand and started a 7-day team building trip. As a PET Strap manufacturer with deep ploughing into the global market and continuous innovation and development, we know that the international competitiveness of an enterprise not only comes from excellent products and services, but also relies on a team with cohesion, innovation and international vision. In this island full of tropical flavour, our team took a break from the hectic business routine, and let the inner team spirit sublimate again with diversified cultures, beautiful scenery and challenges, leaving an unforgettable memory together.

Step into a magical realm

Early in the morning, we take a Thai-style long-tail boat ride through the crisscrossing karst archipelago of Phang Nga Bay. This area is famous for its limestone peaks of various shapes and sizes, and is known as ‘Thailand's Little Guilin’. With the sea breeze blowing, you can see James Bond Island from afar as if you were in a film set. Afterwards, we take a two-person canoe trip into the dark caves, listening to the gentle passing of bats and gazing at the natural wonders of the stalactites. In this magnificent and mysterious adventure, the tacit understanding of the team was as coordinated and steady as the rhythm of the paddle, just as we trust each other and work together in the development of the international market, and oar forward amidst fluctuations and challenges.

Creative Night Market

As night fell, the team strolled through the Frog Night Market. The small shops are made of containers, preserving the local flavour and incorporating young creative elements. The team members enjoyed exotic food and handicrafts, and were inspired by the relaxed exchanges. The occasional Live Show and impromptu performances by popular Thai celebrities added colour to the evening. At this moment, the relaxed atmosphere was like ‘recharging’ the team's thinking, allowing cultural exchanges and collision of ideas to heat up in the exotic night.

The Excitement Continues

The adventure of Phang Nga Bay and the creative experience of the Frog Night Market were just a few of the many highlights of the trip. The team building programme also included many more unique activities and projects, through natural exploration, humanistic interaction and collision of ideas, to plant the corporate spirit deep in the hearts of the team.
