Recently, Shanghai Zili Strapping Co., Ltd. was awarded ‘Typical Innovative Case’ with ‘PET strap energy-saving design project’ in Shanghai Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Excellent Case Selection Activity. At the same time, the company was successfully selected for the Shanghai Resource Recycling Enterprise Development List. After strict evaluation and screening, Zili Strapping's ‘PET strap energy-saving design project’ stood out from many other projects and won the honour of ‘Typical Innovation Case’. Through the design optimisation of PET strap products and the innovation of production process, the project has significantly reduced energy consumption and carbon emission, and achieved the goal of high efficiency and energy saving.

The purpose of this award is to respond to the requirements of the national ‘Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutral’ strategy, to encourage enterprises to actively promote energy saving and emission reduction, and to promote the synergy between high-quality economic development and ecological environmental protection. At the same time, Zili Strapping was also successfully selected into the third batch of Shanghai's resource recycling enterprise development list, further reflecting the company's leading position in the field of resource recycling. According to the requirements of ‘Implementation Opinions of Shanghai Municipality on Further Supporting the Stable Development of Resource Recycling Industry’ (No. 133, Shanghai Development and Reform Environmental Resource [2021]), a total of 15 enterprises were selected by the municipal resource recycling development coordination mechanism.
