Zili | Partnering with Tongji University: Deepening Industry-University-Research Co-operation, Cultivating the Future of the Industry

From 8th July to 2nd August, a group of energetic students from Tongji University came to Zili Strapping to participate in the nearly one-month acquaintance internship and production internship activities. As a talent training and industry-university-research co-operation base of Tongji University, Zili provides students with a seamless platform from the classroom to the actual working environment, and focuses on cultivating professionals who can adapt to the future needs of the packaging market. 

Deepening Educational Co-operation, Shaping Professional Elites Together

During the internship period, Mr Chen, the founder of Zili Strapping, personally opened a number of lectures for the students, not only introduced the company's development history, corporate culture and market positioning in detail, but also focused on the market application and future development trend of PET strap. Through these in-depth lectures, Tongji students have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the plastic packaging industry. 

All-round experience,Combining theory and practice

Through the field visit to the production workshop, the students witnessed how Zili strictly controls the quality and ensures that each step of the process meets the environmental standards while guaranteeing the efficiency. Under the guidance of the technicians, the students operated the machines and experienced the packing process. This direct involvement not only deepened their understanding of the professional knowledge, but also enhanced their practical interest. The internship covered a full range of experiences from basic understanding to in-depth production, which greatly enhanced the students' practical ability, enabled them to better apply their theoretical knowledge and deepen their understanding of complex industrial processes in a real working environment.
