From 17th to 18th May, 2024, the team of Zili Strapping gathered in the beautiful Moganshan Mountain to carry out a group building activity with the theme of "Green Cycle, 'Lead' the Future" at . This is not only a refining of team spirit, but also a dialogue with nature and history, so that we can find a sense of belonging and a source of inspiration in addition to our busy work.
History meets modernity
During the two days of activities, we first visited Chairman Mao's Bedchamber, Chiang Kai-shek's Official Residence and the former site of the Moganshan Conference. Through personal contact with these important historical sites, the staff not only deepened their understanding of China's modern history, but also learnt from them and were inspired to think about the road of development in the future. This in-depth experience of history enhanced team members' understanding of responsibilities and challenges.
In the café on the first floor of the former Moganshan Conference site, surrounded by green trees, team members drank afternoon tea in a natural environment, brainstorming, and every idea was like the aroma in the coffee, which was inspiring.
In the evening, we barbecued and enjoyed dinner at the platform of Meng Po House, where we released our stress in the midst of food and music, further promoting emotional communication and stress release among the team.
Hiking & Exploring
On the second day of the event, we started from the walking trail and hiked to Jianchi Scenic Spot and then to Xuguangdai. In the beautiful scenery of Moganshan, we not only enjoyed the tranquility of nature, but also strengthened teamwork and communication in a relaxed atmosphere. This kind of outdoor activity allowed each member to find resonance in relaxation and enhanced team cohesion.
After enjoying authentic local cuisine at Moganshanzhuang for lunch, we travelled to the Xizhu Lake National Wetland Park, where we experienced in-depth the local wetland culture and strengthened our awareness and commitment to the importance of environmental protection through a boat tour.
The group building activity, Zili not only enhanced team cohesion and collaboration, but also deepened our commitment to environmental protection and innovation. The experience deepened our employees' understanding of our company's vision, while injecting new vigour into achieving our sustainable development goals. We look forward to transforming the rewards of the group building into practical actions in our next endeavours, and together we will promote the company's sustainable growth and innovation.
