Since our establishment in 1998, we have been introducing advanced equipments and technologies, and now we have 20 automated production lines for PET strapping, with an annual capacity of 160,000 tonnes.

As one of the production lines, the company's No. 7 PET strapping automated production line has an annual capacity of 4,800 tonnes, integrating the most advanced automated production technology and equipment in order to produce high-quality one-out-of-six PET strapping, which is mainly used in the non-ferrous, papermaking, sheet and metal industries.

In this production line, raw materials are fed into the extruder after fine processing. The extruder is capable of heating, mixing and extruding the raw materials to form uniform, firm and beautiful PET strapping. Subsequently, the strapping is wound into rolls after cooling, shaping and hauling processes. The whole production process is controlled by computer and equipped with various sensors and testing equipment, which can monitor the production situation in real time and adjust the parameters in time. This not only ensures product quality, but also greatly improves production efficiency.

In addition, we have done a great job in terms of safety. The entire production line is equipped with guards and emergency stop buttons, and regular safety checks and training are conducted. Employees wear uniform work clothes and protective gear such as helmets and gloves.
